IncroMax™ 100 by Cargill acts as an internal lubricant, processing aid and friction modifier for polyethylene terephthalate (PET). It improves flow during processing and reduces energy consumption & coefficient of friction (high slip). It offers increased output rate, packing & de-nesting, scratch resistance, reduced scuff as well as 60% reduction in mold release force.

• It provides medium slip, torque release and composite lubrication, while having no impact on optical clarity.
• It can be dispersed evenly through the polymer in the melt phase that migrates to the surface of the polymer, where it forms a thin lubrication layer reducing unwanted adhesion.
• It can be used to improve product quality and process efficiency in film & sheet extrusion and injection molding.
• It is suitable for automotive, wood polymer composites, composites, and biopolymers.
• Recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.5%.

PALMOWAX Ethylene Bis Stearamide (EBS) by KLK OLEO is derived from renewable vegetable oils. It exhibits excellent lubricating properties internally and/or externally in most plastics such as ABS, PS, PP, and etc. It functions as anti-static, dispersing agent, flow modifier, mold release-, slip- and anti-blocking agent. It is used in appliances, personal safety/protection equipment, building & construction, electrical market, electronics/computer, fiber, textile and carpets. It is also applicable in packaging, household, products/consumer goods, wiring & cables, pipe, hoses, fittings, urban equipment and road. Optislip™ EBS (Powder) by Cargill is a non-vegetable origin, secondary bisamide-based slip, anti-block agent & processing aid for polyolefins and external lubricant for PVC. It offers mold release benefits in polyamides (nylon).

• It disperses evenly through the polymer in the melt phase, and migrates to the surface where it forms a thin lubricating layer that reduces the coefficient of friction between surfaces and reduces unwanted adhesion.
• Optislip™ EBS (Powder) is suitable for composites, styrenics and rubber applications.
• The recommended dosage level is 500-2000 ppm for films and 0.2-1.0% for molding applications.
• It has a shelf life of 365 days.

PALMERE M1298 by KLK OLEO is a methyl laurate derived from renewable vegetable oils. Acts as a lubricant and raw material in the production of plasticizers. PALMERE M1298 is HALAL and KOSHER certified.
