Vinnolit® MP 7151

Vinnolit® MP 7151 by Westlake Vinnolit is a fine-grained PVC homopolymer with medium emulsifier content. It exhibits fast mixing/dispersion properties with high-speed mixers, a good gelation rate, very good potlife, and good thermostability. Shows good adhesion on textile substrates. Yields plastisols exhibiting very low viscosity at low/ high shear rates and Newtonian flow characteristics even at low plasticizer contents (40-60 phr). Applications include very low viscosity plastisols with high filler loading for fabric impregnation e.g. in conveyor belting carcasses, flooring, and carpet tile backings. Recommended for compact wall covering, artificial leather, dipped gloves immersion, textile coating, toys, and ball rotational molding. Vinnolit® MP 7151 is registered with ECL (Existing Chemicals List), ENCS (Handbook of Existing and New Chemical Substances), AICS (Australian Inventory of Chemical Substances), IECSC (Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances in China), DSL (Domestic Substance List), PICCS (Philippine Inventory of Chemicals and Chemical Substances), TSCA (Toxic Substance Control Act Chemical Substance Inventory) and REACH (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006).

Vinnolit® P 4472

Vinnolit® P 4472 by Westlake Vinnolit is a fine-particle PVC emulsion homopolymer for making PVC pastes. Plastisols formed are distinguished by low initial viscosity and almost Newtonian flow or linear flow properties. Shows excellent release effect during contact fusion and high suitability for mechanically blown foam containing silicone-based foaming aids. It can be processed with all the usual coating methods, particularly with reverse roll coaters. Principal applications are pastes for compact vinyl wallcoverings, flooring and leathercloth, as well as for coating of woven and non-woven fabrics and of glass strands. Vinnolit® P 4472 is suitable for low fogging applications. Registered with ECL (Existing Chemicals List), ENCS (Handbook of Existing and New Chemical Substances), AICS (Australian Inventory of Chemical Substances), IECSC (Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances in China), DSL (Domestic Substance List), PICCS (Philippine Inventory of Chemicals and Chemical Substances), TSCA (Toxic Substance Control Act Chemical Substance Inventory) and REACH (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006).

Vinnolit® SA 1062/7

Vinnolit® SA 1062/7 by Westlake Vinnolit is a white-colored vinyl chloride/ vinyl acetate copolymer extender resin designed for paste application. It exhibits improved adhesion to various substrates, such as cataphoretic treated metal (KTL) and synthetic fibers. It provides an even surface, enhanced abrasion, better spraying properties and higher mechanical properties. In blends with paste-making PVC resins, it combines good viscosity-reducing properties of homopolymer paste extender resins with lower gelling temperatures typical of vinyl acetate copolymers. It improves processing as viscosity is considerably reduced, particularly in low plastizer content and highly filled plastisols. Suited for automotive underbody sealants, carpet backing and laminating pastes. Vinnolit® SA 1062/7 is listed in ENCS, PICCS, ECL, TSCA, DSL, AICS (Australian Inventory of Chemical Substances), IECSC (Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances in China) and REACH (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006).
