Sinkral® B 4 Milano by by Versalis Eni Group is an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) grade. Exhibits low volatile content, very low gel content, medium heat, good thermal characteristics and rheological properties. Designed for plain sheet co-extrusion applications. Sheets made from Sinkral® B 4 Milano possesses excellent surface finishing and high draw ratio. Recommended for production of aesthetic goods. Complies with ISO 2580-ABS 1, EGN, 105-04-16-20 and UL 94 HB Flame Rating. Sinkral® F 332 by Versalis Eni Group is a general purpose acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) grade. Exhibits low volatile content, excellent thermal stability during processing, good balance between flow and impact characteristics. Designed for injection molding process. Sinkral® F 332 is suitable of self-coloring. Recommended for small household appliances and white goods, vacuum cleaners, telephones and electrical components. Complies with ISO 2580-ABS 1, MGN, 105-15-16-20 and UL 94 HB Flame Rating. Sinkral® PD D 232/M4 by Versalis Eni Group is a very low gloss acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) grade. Exhibits low volatile content and good flow. Designed for extrusion of profiles, co-extrusion of sheets and extrusion and co-extrusion of foils. Sheets made from Sinkral® PD D 232/M4 possesses very high matt appearance. Recommended for furniture profiles. Complies with ISO 2580-ABS 1, EGN, 105-08-09-15 and UL 94 HB Flame Rating. Sinkral® C 442 by Versalis Eni is a heat resistant acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) grade. Exhibits low volatile content, good flow, impact resistance and excellent thermal stability during processing. Designed for injection molding and profile extrusion applications. Sinkral® C 442 is suitable of self-coloring. Recommended in the automotive industry for interior trim and with proper master batches, for exterior parts such as grilles and rear view mirrors. Complies with ISO 2580-ABS 1, MGN, 105-08-16-20 and UL 94 HB Flame Rating. Sinkral® B 4 Venezia by Versalis Eni Group is an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) grade. Exhibits low volatile content, good processability, high gloss, modulus and stiffness. Designed for plain sheet co-extrusion applications. Sheets made from Sinkral® B 4 Venezia possesses edge bands and high draw ratio. Complies with ISO 2580-ABS 1, EGN, 105-04-16-20 and UL 94 HB Flame Rating. Sinkral® M 4 Modena by Versalis Eni Group is an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) grade. Exhibits low volatile content, high mattness and very low roughness i.e., smooth surface. Designed for extrusion and co-extruded of plain sheets and profile applications. Sheets made from Sinkral® M 4 Modena possesses edge bands, matt and smooth finishing. Complies with ISO 2580-ABS 1, EGN, 105-08-09-15 and UL 94 HB Flame Rating. Sinkral® B 432/E by Versalis Eni Group is a general purpose acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) grade. Exhibits low volatile content, medium impact, good balance between rigidity and toughness. Designed for plain and co-extrusion sheet and profile extrusion applications. Sheets made from Sinkral® B 432/E possesses high draw ratio and good surface finish. Recommended for furniture profiles, refrigeration, sanitary, automotive, industrial and food packaging sector. Exhibits low volatile content, very high impact resistance, good processability and high thermal stability. Designed for thick sheet extrusion (co-extrusion or not) method. Sinkral® B 732/E is recommended for sanitary and transportation sectors. Complies with ISO 2580-ABS 1, EG, 105-04-35-20 and UL 94 HB Flame Rating. Sinkral® C 333/M2 by Versalis Eni is a low gloss acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) grade. Exhibits low volatile content, medium heat resistance, good balance between stiffness and toughness. Can be supplied with improved UV resistance. Designed for injection molding process. Parts made from Sinkral® C 333/M2 shows matt surface finish and high thermal resistance. Recommended in the automotive interiors for dashboard instruments and panels and can be used to avoid subsequent painting operations with a consequent reduction in part costs together with easier recycling. Complies with ISO 2580-ABS 1, MG, 05-04-16-20 and UL 94 HB Flame Rating. Sinkral® PD L 322 by Versalis Eni Group is a general purpose acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) grade. Exhibits low volatile content, high flow, good impact resistance and excellent gloss. Designed for injection molding process. Sinkral® PD L 322 is recommended for small and large household appliances sector, vacuum cleaners, telephones, toys and consumer electronics.
