GREENFLEX® FL 65 by Versalis (Eni Group) is ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer grade. Suitable for co-extrusion blown and cast film processes.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Recommended for the production of lamination-, stretch- and barrier films for food packaging as well as for pharmaceutical industry.</li>
<li>Films produced with GREENFLEX® FL 65 show a low fish eyes content, very high elasticity, good optical properties and good sealability at low temperatures.</li>
<li>It complies with UNI EN ISO 14001, BS OHSAS18001, UNI EN ISO 9001 and EU Food Contact regulations.</li></ul> GREENFLEX® ML 30 by Versalis (Eni Group) is ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) grade. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and profile extrusion. It shows good ESCR resistance and elasticity. GREENFLEX® ML 30 is recommended for the production of gaskets, especially if food contact is required, profiles and flexible items. GREENFLEX® FF 55 by Versalis (Eni Group) is an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) suitable for blown film extrusion. It shows high flexibility in films. It is recommended for the production of greenhouse film and flexible packaging, especially where high fracture mechanical properties (impact resistance) are required. GREENFLEX® ML 20 by Versalis (Eni Group) is an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) grade. It is suitable for general-purpose injection molding when good ESCR resistance is required. It is recommended for the production of flexible items. GREENFLEX® HS 70 by Versalis (Eni Group) is ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) grade. It contains 28% vinyl acetate content and antioxidant (500 ppm) additive. Exhibits high fluidity, melt index, good elasticity and polarity. Shows good welding properties at low temperatures. Designed for injection molding process. GREENFLEX® HS 70 can bind large amounts of mineral filler and can be formulated with tackifier resins and waxes for the production of hot melt adhesives. Recommended for cable industry self-extinguishing, halogen-free and sound-proofing panels. GREENFLEX® HN 70 by Versalis (Eni Group) is ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) grade. Suitable for processing by compounding and exhibits medium fluidity and high tack. GREENFLEX® HN 70 is recommended as a base component for hot melt adhesives. Used in packaging, bookbinding and woodworking. GREENFLEX® FD 20 F is an ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer. Shows good welding properties at low temperature. Designed for blown film extrusion process. Films produced by GREENFLEX® FD 20 F exhibit good optical properties, high impact resistance, tensile strength, elongation at break and low creep. Recommended for thermo-shrinkable films and multilayer stretch films for food packaging, including deep-frozen food packaging. GREENFLEX® MP 35 F is an easy flowing, ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer. Contains antioxidant (700 ppm) additive. Provides very high elasticity and good welding properties at low temperature. Designed for injection molding and extrusion process. Recommended for production of flippers. GREENFLEX® MH 40 F is an ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer. Contains antioxidant (400 ppm) additive. Shows good welding properties at low temperature. Designed for injection molding and extrusion process. Items produced with GREENFLEX® MH 40 F show high elasticity and good mechanical properties. Recommended for flexible items, foamed and crosslinked sheets for shoes. GREENFLEX® ML 60 F is an ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer. Contains antioxidant (600 ppm) additive. Shows good welding properties at low temperature. Designed for injection molding, extrusion and compounding process. Recommended for production of foamed and crosslinked sheets for shoes and gasket.
