FLEXIRENE® CL 10 by Versalis (Eni Group) is a butene copolymer based linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) grade. It contains antioxidants and exhibits high processability and good optical properties. Suitable for cast extrusion of a thin film. Suitable for food contact applications. FLEXIRENE® CL 10 is designed for the production of stretch film to be used both in manual and in automatic wrapping machines. FLEXIRENE® FG 20 F by Versalis (Eni Group) is a butene copolymer linear low-density polyethylene (C4-LLDPE) grade with antioxidants. It is suitable for blown film extrusion. It is recommended for the production of the general-purpose film, in blend or coextrusion with LDPE. FLEXIRENE® MS 40 DA by Versalis Eni Group is a highly pure, linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) with antioxidants. It is designed for injection molding application. It exhibits good balance between impact resistance and rigidity. It can be used in applications where good organoleptic properties are required. Recommended for the production of caps, closures, large sized articles, houseware and toys. FLEXIRENE® MS 40 DA complies with UNI EN ISO 14001, BS OHSAS18001, UNI EN ISO 9001 and Food Contact regulations. FLEXIRENE® MR 50 U is an antioxidant (1400 ppm) linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) with optimum rigidity. Suitable for injection molding process. Recommended for the production of thin walled containers requiring high mechanical properties, lids, caps, closures, houseware and shock absorbers. FLEXIRENE® CL 10 F is a linear low density polyethylene butene copolymer (C4-LLDPE), with antioxidants (1400 ppm). Suitable for cast extrusion of thin film with high- optical properties and processability. Recommended for the production of stretch film to be used both in manual and in automatic wrapping machines. FLEXIRENE® FF 25 U is an antioxidant (1200 ppm) linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) with butene copolymer produced with gas phase technology. Suitable for blown film extrusion process. FLEXIRENE® FF 25 U is characterised by a high elongational viscosity leading to a good bubble stability during extrusion. Recommended for the production of agricultural film, heavy duty bags, in blend or coextrusion with LDPE. FLEXIRENE® FG 23 F is an antioxidant (1000 ppm) linear low density polyethylene (C4-LLDPE) butene copolymer. Contains antiblocking agent (800 ppm) and slip (800 ppm). Suitable for blown film extrusion process. Recommended for the production of general purpose film, industrial liners and shoppers; its use is suggested both in blend and in coextrusion with LDPE. FLEXIRENE® MS 40 U is an antioxidant (1400 ppm) linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) with good balance between impact resistance and rigidity. Characterised by a high flowability which makes it ideal for masterbatches preparation for LDPE and LLDPE. Suitable for injection molding process. Recommended for the production of large sized articles, houseware and toys. FLEXIRENE® MS 20 U is an antioxidant (1400 ppm) linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) with optimum low temperature properties. Characterised by a high flowability which makes it ideal for masterbatches preparation for LDPE and LLDPE. Suitable for injection molding process. Recommended for the production of lids, caps and closures for chemical products and containers, and is suggested for low temperature applications. FLEXIRENE® MR 50 A is an antioxidant (1400 ppm) linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) with optimum rigidity. Suitable for injection molding process. Recommended for the production of thin walled containers requiring high mechanical properties, lids, caps, closures, houseware and shock absorbers.
