ERACLENE® MR 80 U by Versalis (Eni Group) is a high-density polyethylene resin (HDPE) grade with antioxidants. It is suitable for injection molding applications. It shows a good balance between processability and mechanical properties. ERACLENE® MR 80 U is specifically designed for houseware and thin-walled containers. ERACLENE® MM 70 U by Versalis (Eni Group) is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) grade containing antioxidants (500 ppm). It is designed for the injection molding process. It exhibits a good balance between rigidity and impact resistance. ERACLENE® MM 70 U is recommended for pails, lids for light-weight containers, agricultural containers, houseware and dustbins. ERACLENE® FB 506 by Versalis (Eni Group) is a high density, high performance polyethylene resin (HDPE) hexene copolymer grade. It contains antioxidants and is suitable for processing by blown film and co-extrusion. Exhibits broad molecular weight distribution, durability, bubble stability, high film strength, scalability and excellent mechanical properties. Used for grocery sacks, packaging and shopping bags. ERACLENE® FB 506 is designed for manufacturing thin film. ERACLENE® MQ 70 U by Versalis (Eni Group) is high-density polyethylene (HDPE) grade containing antioxidants. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It exhibits high creep-, impact- and environmental stress cracking resistance. It shows good mechanical properties and good flow. ERACLENE® MQ 70 U is recommended for lightweight crates and housewares. It complies with the rules and regulations of the European Union and other countries, regarding the use of plastics in food contact applications. ERACLENE® BC 82 by Versalis (Eni Group) is a high-density polyethylene grade (HDPE). It contains antioxidants and is suitable for blow molding, thin-wall items and can be extruded into profiles and sheets. Recommended for the production of containers up to 20 liters. Offers good stress cracking resistance, good rigidity, good processability and impact strength. Exhibits high melt strength, moderate swelling and intermediate molecular weight distribution. ERACLENE® BC 82 is used to produce, high-speed machines, household, industrial chemicals and cosmetics. ERACLENE® BC 82 L is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade with intermediate molecular weight distribution, containing antioxidants (1200 ppm). Exhibits very good environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR), high melt strength, moderate swelling, good rigidity, impact strength and processability. Designed for profile and sheet extrusion and blow molding applications. Moulded parts exhibit outstanding surface quality and excellent trimming. Recommended for production of containers up to 20 liters, containers for household and industrial chemicals (detergents, bleaches, etc), cosmetics (shampoos, creams, lotions, etc.), health and medical aids and suitable for thin wall items. ERACLENE® BC 86 by Versalis Eni Group is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade, containing antioxidants. Exhibits high environment stress crack resistance (ESCR), high impact strength, good rigidity, processing ease and broad molecular weight distribution. Suitable for processing by blow molding, sheet and profile extrusion. Recommended applications include containers, packaging, household goods, industrial chemicals (detergents, perfumed bleaches, softener), cosmetics (shampoos, creams, lotions), healthcare, fertilizers, adhesives and pesticides. ERACLENE® BC 86 complies with BS OHSAS18001, EN ISO 14001 and EN ISO 9001 regulations. ERACLENE® MM 8O U is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade, containing antioxidants (500 ppm). Exhibits high rigidity and good impact resistance. Designed for injection molding process. Recommended for pails and light-weight containers, dustbins and small industrial containers. ERACLENE® MP 94 by Versalis Eni Group is an UV-stabilized, high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade, containing antioxidants. Exhibits narrow molecular weight distribution and it is suitable for processing by injection molding. Products made by ERACLENE® MP 94 shows excellent rigidity, warpage resistance and toughness. Recommended applications include bottle crates, cases, toys and trays. Complies with BS OHSAS18001, EN ISO 14001 and EN ISO 9001 regulations. ERACLENE® SB 60 is a white, high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade, containing antioxidants (2100 ppm). Provides excellent extrudability, very low water vapour permeability, high flow, resistance to low temperature and noise absorption, good sealability and rigidity. Exhibits good extrusion output, low viscosity at high shear rates and low energy consumption. Designed for sheet extrusion applications. Recommended for acoustic insulator for barrier construction and production of extruded sheets to be used as semi finished items for thermoforming and protection profiles for metallic parts.
