Paryls® F3150

Paryls® F3150 by UJU New Materials is a translucent, custom colorable polysulfone (PSU) grade. High strength, great hydrolytic stability, heat deflection temperature of 174°C, and 1000+ autoclave cycles are all features of this material. In comparison to polycarbonate, it has better durability, mechanical characteristics, and heat resistance. It can be used in injection molding. Fluid engineering, medical devices, membrane components, animal containment, and food and beverage applications are all common uses for Paryls® F3150. Complies with U.S. F.D.A C.F.R. 21 Part 177.1655, NSF61, NSF14 & ISO10993 regulations and meets UL 94 V-1 flame rating.

Paryls® F3250

Paryls® F3250 by UJU New Materials is a transparent, custom colorable polysulfone (PSU) grade. Offers high strength, excellent hydrolytic stability, heat deflection temperature of 174°C and is capable of 1000+ autoclave cycles. Also offers good toughness, excellent mechanical properties and superior heat resistance to polycarbonate. It is suitable for injection molding. Typical applications include fluid engineering, medical devices, membrane components, animal containment and food & beverage applications. Paryls® F3250 complies with U.S. F.D.A C.F.R. 21 Part 177.1655, NSF61, NSF14 & ISO10993 regulations and meets UL 94 V-1 flame rating.

Paryls® F1150

Paryls® F1150 by UJU New Materials is a transparent, inherently flame retardant, BPA-free and custom colorable polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) grade. Offers outstanding ductility, heat deflection temperature of 207°C and is capable of 1000+ autoclave cycles. Paryls® F1150 by UJU New Materials is suitable for injection molding. Recommended for medical applications such as sterilization trays, dental and surgical tools, fluid engineering, food service applications, plumbing, aerospace and rail components applications. Complies with U.S. F.D.A C.F.R. 21 Part 176.170, NSF61, NSF14 & ISO10993 regulations and meets UL 94 V-0 flame rating.
