ENLITE™ DLGF 9631.01 Z by Trinseo is a polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade reinforced with 60% long (11 mm length) glass fibers. It is produced by pultrusion/ melt impregnation process and is available in standard black color (TR 7701862). Provides high stiffness, good strength, improved pellet robustness for air conveying, good impact and long term heat aging resistance (LTHA). Is suitable for processing by injection molding. ENLITE™ DLGF 9631.01 Z is recommended for automotive under the hood and under body applications such as front end carriers (FEC) also known as bolster, impingement shields or structural parts like battery trays and spare wheel wells. ENLITE™ Long Glass Fiber Polypropylene (LGF-PP) is a polymer reinforced with 60% glass concentrate system. It can replace steel and aluminum components to maintain stiffness, dimensional stability and thermal resistance. Also exhibits impact resistance and durability. Provides maximum flexibility, allowing the same glass concentrate solution to be mixed as needed to achieve required material properties for different types of applications. Targeted applications include robust, affordable & semi-structural external and internal automotive parts. ENLITE™ Glass Fiber (GF) Alloy is a glass concentrate diluted with ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene). It can replace steel and aluminum components to maintain stiffness, dimensional stability and thermal resistance. Exhibits better stiffness retention at high temperature (85°C). Also provides a bridge between glass-filled polypropylene solutions of today and enhanced carbon fiber solutions of future. Provides maximum flexibility, allowing the same glass concentrate solution to be mixed as needed to achieve required material properties for different types of applications. Targeted applications include semi-structural external and internal automotive parts. ENLITE™ PP LGF 1851 by Trinseo is a lightweight polypropylene (PP) grade reinforced with 85% long glass fiber. Exhibits good impact resistance, dispersability, durability and outstanding pellet robustness. Provides good dimensional stability and heat resistance. ENLITE™ PP LGF 1851 is recommended for automotive semi-structural applications. ENLITE™ DLGF 9621.00 by Trinseo is a polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade reinforced with 60% long (11 mm length) glass fibers. It is produced by pultrusion/ melt impregnation process available in standard black colored versions MR and TR. Provides high stiffness, good strength, improved pellet robustness for air conveying, good impact and long term heat aging resistance (LTHA). Is suitable for processing by injection molding. ENLITE™ DLGF 9621.00 is recommended for automotive interior applications such as instrument panel carrier and integrated door modules.
