Bio-polyolefins® 112D

Bio-polyolefins® 112D by Trellis Bioplastics is a soft and pliable, cost-competitive starch-based PP (polypropylene) resin. It exhibits a unique combination of mechanical properties, ease of processing and stretch with some recovery. It can be processed on existing conventional electric and hydraulic reciprocating screw injection molding machines. Bio-polyolefins® 112D is used in soft grip applications such as handles for bicycles & tools, cosmetic packaging, houseware, household appliances, footwear and automotive applications.

Bio-polyolefins® 3015

Compostable® 3015 is a starch-based grade. Exhibits an excellent balance of high tear, strength, stiffness and processability. It can be processed using existing blown film extrusion machines. Recommended for extrusion of blown film for application including liners, bags, packaging, overwrap, and similar applications. Also used in single-use disposables as well as packaging including cups, straws, cutlery, and bags.

Bio-polyolefins® 2020D

Compostable® 2020D is starch-based grade. It has been designed to have an excellent balance of clarity, strength, toughness and processability. Can be processed on existing extrusion machines. Possesses excellent melt strength and is recommended for blow molding applications such as bottles, and similar applications. Also used in single-use disposables as well as packaging including cups, straws, cutlery, and bags.

Bio-polyolefins® 2002D

It has been designed to have an excellent balance of clarity, strength, toughness and processability. Can be processed on existing extrusion machines. Possesses excellent melt strength and is recommended for blow molding applications such as bottles, and similar applications. Also used in single-use disposables as well as packaging including cups, straws, cutlery, and bags.
