Elexar® EL-3954-80 by Teknor Apex is an easily colored & printed, PVC-, halogen- and phthalate ester- free themoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade with medium flow. Offers superior electrical properties coupled with excellent flexibility, toughness and surface aesthetics & good abrasion, tear, and tensile properties. Exhibits high elongation, high tensile strength and low temperature flexibility. It combines excellent low temperature properties with very good thermal stability and shows good sunlight-, weather-, heat aging-, UV- & ozone- resistance. Elexar® EL-3954-80 does not require pre-drying, is fully recyclable and reprocessable, whether from process scrap or post-consumer waste. Suitable for processing by extrusion and injection molding.
