UMG ALLOY® TC-6F by Techno-UMG is an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and polycarbonate (PC) grade available in the form of pellets. It provides high flexibility and is suitable for processing by injection molding. UMG ALLOY® TC-6F is recommended for automotive interiors like car audio and navigation system cover. UMG ALLOY® FA-820CA by Techno-UMG is a flame retardant acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA) and polycarbonate (PC) grade, reinforced with 10% carbon fiber. Offers dimensional stability. UMG ALLOY® FA-820CA can be processed using injection molding. Complies with flame rating UL 94 HB, V-0 and 5VB. UMG ALLOY® CD403 by Techno-UMG is acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and polycarbonate (PC) grade. Can be processed using injection molding. UMG ALLOY® CD403 complies with flame rating UL 94 V-0, V-1 and 5VB. UMG ALLOY® TA-15W by Techno-UMG is acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA) and polycarbonate alloy (PC) grade. Provides high rigidity. Can be processed using injection molding. UMG ALLOY® TA-15W is recommended for automotive exterior like roof rail leg cover. UMG ALLOY® TC-37M by Techno-UMG is a platable acrylonitrile butadiene styrene and polycarbonate (ABS+PC) alloy. Provides high flexibility and can be processed by injection molding. UMG ALLOY® TC-37M is used for automotive exterior applications like bumper trim. UMG ALLOY® CD900 by Techno-UMG is acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA) and polycarbonate (PC) grade. Can be processed using injection molding. Applications include- enclosure and outer jacket of PPC, printers and fax machines. UMG ALLOY® CD900 complies with flame rating UL 94 V-0. UMG ALLOY® CD402 by Techno-UMG is a flame retardant, non-halogen acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and polycarbonate (PC) grade. It can be processed using injection molding. Applications include enclosure and outer jacket of PPC, printers and fax machines. UMG ALLOY® CD402 complies with flame rating UL 94 V-0. UMG ALLOY® CZ900 by Techno-UMG is a high impact acrylonitrile ethylene styrene (AES) and polycarbonate (PC) grade. Provides high heat resistance and low friction properties. UMG ALLOY® CZ900 can be processed using injection molding. UMG ALLOY® CV201 by Techno-UMG is acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and polycarbonate (PC) grade. Can be processed using injection molding. UMG ALLOY® CV201 complies with flame rating UL 94 V-0 and 5VB. UMG ALLOY® TA-820CA by Techno-UMG is acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA) and polycarbonate alloy (PC) grade, reinforced with 10% carbon fiber. Can be processed using injection molding. UMG ALLOY® TA-820CA complies with flame rating UL 94 HB.
