Electrafil® J-1/CF/15/TF/20 by Techmer PM is a polyamide 66 resin reinforced with 15% carbon fiber and lubricated with 20% PTFE. Exhibits electromagnetic (EMI) radiation shielding, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, electrical conductivity, good chemical resistance, excellent toughness, and low wear. Recommended for automotive, bushing, conveyor parts, electrical, & electronics applications including instrument panel bezels, fuel filter housings in automotive products, business machine covers, disc drive covers, packaging and shipping containers. Electrafil® J-1/CF/15/TF/20 complies with RoHS regulation. Electrafil® PC 05004 is a polycarbonate grade. Exhibits electromagnetic shielding (EMI). It can be processed using injection molding. Suitable for automotive, electrical, and electronic applications. This includes instrument panel bezels and fuel filter housings in automotive products (drive components, connectors, seals, bearings, fuel line clips, pump components, structural housings, and HVAC components), as well as packaging and shipping containers, business machine covers and housings, and disc drive covers, among other electric and electronic product needs (housing, bezels, support brackets, internal gears, pulleys, connectors and abrasive wear applications in contact with paper, structural housings, coil insulation, cooling plates, LED lighting components, and EMI/RFI shielding components). Complies with UL94 rating. Electrafil® PC C-3 BK is a statically conductive, filled polycarbonate grade. It can be processed using injection molding. Suitable for automotive, electrical, and electronic applications. Electrafil® J-50/CF/30/TF/15 is a natural colored antistatic, electrically conductive, lubricated polycarbonate grade reinforced with 30% by weight carbon fiber and 15% PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). Exhibits good chemical resistance, excellent toughness, and low wear. It can be processed using injection molding. It can be used in applications where very high mechanical performance capabilities are needed without regard for electrical properties. Recommended applications include automotive electronics, bushings, business equipments, conveyor parts and packaging. Complies with RoHS. Electrafil® POM CO 13013 BK is a conductive polyoxymethylene (POM) copolymer grade reinforced with a filler. Exhibits electromagnetic (EMI) radiation shielding, electrical conductivity, good chemical resistance, excellent toughness, and low wear. Can be processed using injection molding. Electrafil® PC-50/EC/VO is a carbon black containing antistatic, flame retardant, electrically conductive polycarbonate grade. It can be processed using injection molding. Suitable for automotive electronics, bushings, business equipments, conveyor parts and packaging. Complies with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive) and UL94 rating. Electrafil® PC-50/EC is a carbon black containing antistatic, electrically conductive polycarbonate grade. It can be processed using injection molding. Electrafil® M-1526/EC is an antistatic unspecified thermoplastic grade reinforced with carbon black. Possesses good electrical conductivity, high toughness and offers good chemical resistance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive, electronics, packaging, business equipments, bushings and conveyor parts. Complies with RoHS. Electrafil® J-1305/CF/40 is a polyphenylene sulfide grade. It can be processed using injection molding. Suitable for automotive electronics, business equipment, packaging, bushings and conveyor parts. Complies with RoHS rating.
