GPPS1460 by Tabriz Petrochemical Company is a high heat resistance, high molecular weight, crystal general purpose polystyrene (GPPS) grade. It exhibits high mechanical properties. It is designed for processing by extrusion and thick walled injection molding. GPPS1460 is particularly useful in production of thick sheet by direct inject gassing, where it gives expanded sheets. Recommended for manufacturing of insulation board (XPS), foam sheet of food and fruits trays. It is food contact approved.
