Omnix® DW-4650

Omnix® DW-4650 by Syensqo is a high-performance polyamide compound resin designed for thermostatic valve bodies in sanitary fittings. It offers superior freeze resistance, mechanical strength, and long-term durability. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It shows ability to withstand 5–6 freeze-thaw cycles at −5°C under internal water pressure. </li> <li>It maintains toughness after 1,500 hours of hydrolytic aging at 60°C, meets key mechanical requirements such as burst pressure, assembly torque, and metal insert retention. </li> <li>It enables manufacturers to replace metal parts for more reliable and cost-effective products. </li> <li>It is used in sanitary fittings, particularly thermostatic valve bodies for showers and faucets. </li> <li>It is NSF 61 certified for drinking water contact applications. </li></ul>
