WELLFKM™ Fluoroelastomer FKM-SD2604 by Sundow Polymers is a vinylidenefluoride (VDF) and hexafluoropropylene copolymer. It has a fluorine content >66%. Exhibits ultra high money viscosity and high tenacity. It is suitable for processing by injection and compression molding. Suitable for aviation, rocket, missile & space flight, washers, gaskets, O-rings, V-rings, oil seals and diaphragms. WELLFKM™ Fluoroelastomer FKM-SD2604 is also used in rubber pipes, cable sheaths, heat insulation cloth, valve plates, expansion joints and rubber rolls. Other applications include pasty room temperature vulcanization putties in occasions resisting high temperature, fuel (aviation gasoline, auto fuel), lubricating oil (synthetic oils), fluid (various non-polar solvents), corrosion (acid, alkali), strong oxidizer (oleum), ozone, radiation and weathering. WELLFKM™ Fluoroelastomer FKM-SD2601 by Sundow Polymers is a copolymer of vinylidenefluoride (VDF) and hexafluoropropylene. It has a fluorine content >66%. Possesses low money viscosity and good rheological properties. The vulcanized products exhibit excellent mechanical performance & outstanding anti-oil property like fuels, synthetic oils & lubricating oils and good heat resistance. Provides good resistance to oil, ozone, radiation, electricity and flame. Can be processed by extrusion, compression and injection molding. WELLFKM™ Fluoroelastomer FKM-SD2462 is designed for O-rings and hoses applications. It can be used in 275°C for a long time and in 320°C for a short time. It has a shelf life of 1 year. WELLFKM™ Fluoroelastomer FKM-SD2461 by Sundow Polymers is a low mooney viscosity, terpolymer of vinylidenefluoride (VDF), tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene.
