Vyncolit® X611 by Sumitomo Bakelite is a glass fiber reinforced phenolic novolac resin. It possesses excellent electrical and mechanical properties. This grade offers good dimensional stability, good heat and chemical resistance. It does not contain perfluorooctansulfonate (PFOS). It is designed for compression, injection and transfer molding applications. Vyncolit® X611 complies with REACH/SVHC, European Directive 2006/122/EC and RoHS2 (2011/65/EU). Vyncolit® X659 by Sumitomo Bakelite is a phenolic novolac resin reinforced with graphite, mineral and short glass fiber. Possesses superior stiffness and excellent tribological properties. It does not contain perfluorooctansulfonate (PFOS). Shows high compressive strength, high heat resistance and low thermal expansion. Exhibits high dimensional stability and good chemical resistance against several fuels at elevated temperatures. Suitable for processing by compression, injection and transfer molding. Vyncolit® X659 is designed for automotive fuel systems applications. Conforms to REACH/SVHC, European Directive 2006/122/EC and RoHS2 (2011/65/EU). Vyncolit® TX10916/5 by Sumitomo Bakelite is a triboligical, phenolic novolac resin reinforced with graphite. It exhibits very good dimensional stability. It is a perfluorooctansulfonate (PFOS) free grade with a low coefficient of friction. It is designed for compression, injection and transfer molding applications. Vyncolit® TX10916/5 is RoHS2 (2011/65/EU) and REACH/SVHC compliant. It also meets with European Directive 2006/122/EC. Vyncolit® X682 by Sumitomo Bakelite is a graphite modified, isotropic phenolic novolac resin reinforced with glass bead and short glass fiber. It is a perfluorooctansulfonate (PFOS) free grade. Possesses excellent mechanical and thermal properties. Offers lower thermal expansion coefficient and excellent tribological properties. Suitable for compression, injection and transfer molding applications. Vyncolit® X682 conforms to REACH/SVHC, European Directive 2006/122/EC and RoHS2 (2011/65/EU). Vyncolit® BXE650 by Sumitomo Bakelite is a glass fiber and glass bead reinforced phenolic novolac resin. It does not contain perfluorooctansulfonate (PFOS). Exhibits excellent isotropic properties and superior dimensional stability. Suitable for processing by transfer, compression and injection molding. Vyncolit® BXE650 is recommended for potable water applications. Conforms to RoHS2 (2011/65/EU), REACH/SVHC and European Directive 2006/122/EC. Vyncolit® BXE7345 by Sumitomo Bakelite is an isotropic, phenolic novolac resin reinforced with short glass fiber and glass bead. It does not contains perfluorooctansulfonate (PFOS). Exhibits superior dimensional stability and very high mechanical properties, even at elevated temperatures. Designed for compression, injection and transfer molding applications. Vyncolit® BXE7345 complies with RoHS2 (2011/65/EU), REACH/SVHC and European Directive 2006/122/EC. Vyncolit® 3640CG by Sumitomo Bakelite is a perfluorooctansulfonate (PFOS) free phenolic novolac resin reinforced with graphite. Exhibits excellent dimensional stability and special tribological properties. Designed for transfer, compression and injection molding applications. Vyncolit® 3640CG meets with RoHS2 (2011/65/EU), REACH/SVHC and European Directive 2006/122/EC. Vyncolit® X7010 by Sumitomo Bakelite is a short glass fiber and glass beads reinforced phenolic novolac resin. Offers high mechanical strength at high temperatures. It does not contain perfluorooctansulfonate (PFOS). Suitable for processing by compression, injection and transfer molding. Recommended for automotive cooling system applications. Vyncolit® X7010 complies with REACH/SVHC, European Directive 2006/122/EC and RoHS2 (2011/65/EU). Vyncolit® X613 by Sumitomo Bakelite is an electrically insulating phenolic novolac resin reinforced with glass beads and short glass fiber. It is perfluorooctansulfonate (PFOS) free with high mechanical and thermal properties. Designed for compression, injection and transfer molding applications. Vyncolit® X613 complies with REACH/SVHC, European Directive 2006/122/EC and RoHS2 (2011/65/EU). Vyncolit® TX10916/30/1 by Sumitomo Bakelite is a graphite reinforced phenolic novolac resin.
