ASA by Stratasys is a UV-stable acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA) grade. Is compatible with Fortus 360mc™, 400mc™ and 900mc™ 3D Production Systems. Exhibits UV-resistance, good mechanical properties, strength, durability, excellent surface finish and best aesthetics. Compared to ABS, details such as printed text and other features are greatly improved by ASA's matte finish. ASA works with soluble support materials for easy, hands-free removal and can be used on all Production Series Performance 3D Printers. ASA is used in end-use parts for outdoor commercial and infrastructure applications like in consumer sporting goods, jigs and fixtures, electrical boxes, electrical housings and brackets, automotive components and accessories like recreational vehicles and outdoor tools.
