Solviva® Zeniva® ZA-600 CF30 PEEK by Solvay is a high strength, radiolucent polyetheretherketone (PEEK) grade reinforced with 30% carbon fiber. Exhibits high fatigue- and creep resistance. It is sterilized using conventional methods such as gamma radiation, ethylene oxide and steam. Exhibits no cytotoxicity, sensitization, intracutaneous reactivity and toxicity. Solviva® Zeniva® ZA-600 CF30 PEEK is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. Used in implantable device applications. Solviva® Zeniva® ZA-500L PEEK by Solvay is a lubricated polyetheretherketone (PEEK) grade. Exhibits high strength, stiffness, excellent toughness and fatigue resistance. It is sterilized using conventional methods such as gamma radiation, ethylene oxide and steam. Offers no evidence of cytotoxicity, sensitization, intracutaneous reactivity, acute systemic toxicity based on biocompatibility testing. Solviva® Zeniva® ZA-500L PEEK is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. Used in surgical implant applications. Solviva® Zeniva® ZA-600L PEEK by Solvay is a high strength, lubricated polyetheretherketone (PEEK) grade. Exhibits high stiffness, excellent toughness and fatigue resistance. It is sterilized using conventional methods, such as ethylene oxide, gamma radiation and steam. Offers no evidence of sensitization, cytotoxicity, intracutaneous reactivity or acute systemic toxicity, based on biocompatibility testing as defined by ISO 10993:1. Solviva® Zeniva® ZA-600L PEEK is suitable for processing by extrusion and injection molding. Used in surgical implant applications.
