CONATHANE® EN-2541 by Cytec (Solvay Group) is a polyurethane resin. Exhibits low shrinkage, low exotherm and low stress build-up on sensitive embedded components. Offers fast gelation and cure at low temperatures for high volume production. It is formulated for general purpose electrical/electronic encapsulation applications. CONATHANE® EN-2541 conforms to UL 94 V-0 rating. CONATHANE® CE-1164 by Cytec (Solvay Group) is a high performance, single component polyurethane grade. It is a solvent-based moisture cure system. Provides humidity resistance, hydrolytic stability and excellent flexibility. Prevents fracturing of fragile components during thermal cycling. CONATHANE® CE-1164 is designed for thin-film applications on electronic components and printed circuitry. Meets MIL-I-46058-C specifications, RoHS and UR IPC-CC-830B standards. CONATHANE® CE-1155-35 by Cytec (Solvay Group) is a high performance, two-component, solvent-based polyurethane resin. Exhibits good processability. CONATHANE® CE-1155-35 is designed to protect circuit assemblies in adverse environments. Meets with MIL-I-46058-C specifications, UR IPC-CC-830B standards, ROHS and UL 94 V-0 rating. CONATHANE® EN-21 by Cytec (Solvay Group) is an easy-to-use, low viscosity, two-component polyurethane resin. Offers outstanding electrical properties, low exotherm and low shrinkage. Provides low stress build-up on embedded components, excellent reversion and moisture resistance. CONATHANE® EN-21 is formulated for the encapsulation of electronic circuits, components and power devices. Complies with UL 94HB rating. CONATHANE® EN-7 by Cytec (Solvay Group) is a low viscosity, unfilled, two component liquid polyurethane resin. Exhibits high strength & elongation, unsurpassed hydrolytic stability and exceptional dielectric properties. CONATHANE® EN-7 offers thermal shock and fungus resistance. Recommended for use as molding and potting compound for electronic assemblies, electrical cables, connectors, modules, wire wound devices, strain sensitive devices. CONATHANE® EN-14 by Cytec (Solvay Group) is an unfilled, flexible, high performance, two-component polyurethane resin. Exhibits good transparency, good electrical properties, low viscosity, fast-gelling and fast-curing performance. Offers excellent water and thermal shock resistance. CONATHANE® EN-14 is designed for the encapsulation of electrical and electronic assemblies. Applicable for modules, connectors and units with great sensitivity to strain and heat. Meets with UL 94 V-2 rating. CONATHANE® CE-1155 by Solvay is a two-component, solvent-based polyurethane resin. It exhibits outstanding resistance to moisture & good abrasion and chemical resistance. CONATHANE® CE-1155 is designed for use in adverse environments. It meets with MIL-I-46058-C specifications, UR IPC-CC-830B standards, ROHS and UL 94 V-0 rating.
