PIOCELAN® OP-15D by Sekisui Plastics is a shock absorbent polystyrene (PS) grade, hybridized with polyolefin such as polyethylene. Exhibits high dimensional stability, good toughness and flexibility, low density foaming, excellent heat insulation, stiffness, chemical- and abrasion resistance. PIOCELAN® OP-15D is recommended for manufacturing of automotive parts. PIOCELAN® LP-50E by Sekisui Plastics is a polystyrene (PS) grade, hybridized with polyolefin such as polyethylene. Exhibits high dimensional stability, good toughness and flexibility, low density foaming, excellent heat insulation, stiffness, shock- , chemical- and abrasion resistance. PIOCELAN® LP-50E is designed for general molded articles. Recommended for packing material for industrial parts and returnable containers for electronic parts. PIOCELAN® SP-40D is designed for general molded articles. Suitable for use in various cushioning and packaging materials. PIOCELAN® LSP-30EB by Sekisui Plastics is a polystyrene (PS) grade, hybridized with polyolefin such as polyethylene. Exhibits high dimensional stability, good toughness and flexibility, low density foaming, excellent heat insulation, stiffness, shock-, chemical- and abrasion resistance. It is recommended for manufacturing of automotive parts, returnable containers for electronic parts and packing material. PIOCELAN® LSP-30EB is suitable for foamed molded articles with more complex shapes. PIOCELAN® OP-30EU by Sekisui Plastics is a shock absorbent polystyrene (PS) grade, hybridized with polyolefin such as polyethylene and offers low volatile organic compound (VOC) and odor. Exhibits high dimensional stability, good toughness and flexibility, low density foaming, excellent heat insulation, stiffness, chemical- and abrasion resistance. It is recommended for manufacturing of automotive interior parts. PIOCELAN® OP-30EU is suitable for foamed molded articles with more complex shapes. PIOCELAN® T is a PS (polystyrene)/ polyolefin hybrid foam resin. Composed of higher heat olefin component than other grades, it exhibits excellent heat insulation, high dimensional stability, temperature stability, improved physical & flammability properties and higher compressive, flexural & tensile strength. Also exhibits improved stiffness, low density foaming, shock resistance, chemical resistance and abrasion resistance. It is processed using molding. Suitable for automotive parts, trunk spacers and insert cushions. Meets stringent flammability requirements for automotive interior parts. PIOCELAN® TOPF-30DUB by Sekisui Plastics is a flame retardant polystyrene (PS) grade, hybridized with polyolefin such as polyethylene and offers low volatile organic compound (VOC) and odor. Exhibits high heat resistance and dimensional stability, good toughness & flexibility, low density foaming, excellent stiffness, shock- , chemical- and abrasion resistance. PIOCELAN® TOPF-30DB is recommended for manufacturing of automotive interior parts. PIOCELAN® OP-20D by Sekisui Plastics is a shock absorbent polystyrene (PS) grade, hybridized with polyolefin such as polyethylene.
