STAMAX™ 30YH611 by SABIC is a low flow, intumescent, halogen free flame retardant polypropylene (PP) reinforced with chemically coupled 30% long glass fibers. It offers high stiffness, strength, ductility, good performance and processing characteristics. It is suitable for processing by sheet extrusion and thermoforming.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It exhibits excellent impact resistance over a wide temperature range, dimensional stability, low coefficient of thermal expansion and good creep resistance.</li> <li>It provides excellent thermal barrier properties to help delay or contain thermal runaway propagation.</li> <li>It is used in electric vehicle (EV) battery pack components such as top covers, enclosures and module separators. </li> <li>STAMAX™ 30YH611 complies with UL 94 V-0 and V-2 flame rating.</li></ul>
