This injection moldable, contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated & non-halogenated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of V-0/V-1 at 1.5 mm along with a UL746C outdoor suitability rating of F1. NORYL™ Resin V0150B (Europe) exhibits good low temperature impact resistance, damp heat performance, low moisture absorption and good dimensional stability. It shows hydrolytic stability, low warpage, shrinkage, moisture absorption, high temperature resistance and specific gravity. This material is an excellent candidate for parts that are exposed to tough outdoor environments, such as solar / photovoltaic (PV) junction boxes and outdoor housings and enclosures. This injection moldable grade is designed to withstand extended duty high heat autoclave sterilization >2500 cycles. It exhibits good chemical resistance to lipids and typical hospital cleansers. It offers hydrolytic stability, low creep sensitivity, low warpage and steam-, radiation-, gamma-, ethylene oxide- & E-beam sterilizability. In addition, this grade is US FDA food contact approved, biocompatible (ISO10993 or USP Class VI), RoHS compliant, and it is subject to SABIC’s healthcare management of change and formulation lock. NORYL™ Resin HNA055 (Americas) is an excellent candidate for applications requiring extended duty sterilization cycles such as sterilization trays, dental trays, surgical instrument handles, and animal cages.
