SILIMOLD ADT-05 by Poolkemie is a room temperature vulcanizing (RTV), self-extinguishing silicone rubber, comprising of component A and B. It cures on addition of catalyst AD through poly-addition process. Offers low hardness, high tear resistance, no linear shrinkage, easy pourability and extreme mold release. SILIMOLD ADT-05 is suitable for processing by molding. It is designed for complex molds (paramedical sector, heel inserts and inserts). SILIMOLD AL-20 by Poolkemie is a room temperature vulcanizing (RTV), self-extinguishing silicone rubber, comprising of component A and B. It cures on addition of catalyst S or SN through poly-condensation process. Offers medium to low hardness and high tear resistance. SILIMOLD AL-20 is designed for complex molds and used in small sized resin objects (polyester, polyurethane and epoxy resin), plaster and wax. SILIMOLD AD-10 by Poolkemie is a self-extinguishing, room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone rubber, comprising of component A and B. It cures on addition of catalyst AD through poly-addition process. Offers low hardness, high tear resistance, easy pourability and extreme mold release. SILIMOLD AD-10 is suitable for processing by molding. It is designed for simple molds and used in pad printing. SILIMOLD AD-150 by Poolkemie is a high hardness, self-extinguishing, room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone rubber, comprising of component A and B. It cures on addition of catalyst AD through poly-addition process. Offers high tear resistance, easy pourability, low linear shrinkage, good elongation, inherent release characteristics, color contrast. Moreover, it is free of solvents and shows self-levelling. SILIMOLD AD-150 is suitable for processing by molding. It is designed for molds in the field of artistic pottery and high precision resins or plaster products. SILIMOLD AD-30 by Poolkemie is a low hardness, self-extinguishing, room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone rubber, comprising of component A and B. It cures on addition of catalyst AD through poly-addition process. Offers high tear resistance, easy pourability and extreme mold release. SILIMOLD AD-30 is suitable for processing by molding.
