OPTIX® CA-1000 IG by Plaskolite is a biocompatible, gamma ray sterilizable, high impact polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) acrylic grade. Exhibits excellent environmental stability, transparency, good weatherability, excellent fracture toughness and recovery time. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for medical devices, housewares products and food contact use. OPTIX® CA-1000 IG complies with USP CLASS VI. OPTIX® CA-1000 I FDA by Plaskolite is a high impact, impact modified polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) acrylic grade. Exhibits excellent environmental stability, good transparency and excellent surface gloss. Offers upto 10 times the strength of general purpose acrylic. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for food contact applications. OPTIX® CA-1000 I FDA complies with FDA, AMECA and UL-94 HB. OPTIX® CA-61 FDA by Plaskolite is a medium flow polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) acrylic grade. Offers good heat resistance, outstanding processability and optical clarity. It can be easily blended with other resins and colors. Is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. Recommended for food contact applications. OPTIX® CA-61 FDA by Plaskolite complies with FDA, AMECA and UL-94 HB. OPTIX® CA-82 FDA by Plaskolite is a crystal clear, high molecular weight polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) acrylic grade. Offers good mold release and good heat resistance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. It can be easily blended with other resins and colors. Recommended for food contact applications. OPTIX® CA-82 FDA by Plaskolite complies with FDA, AMECA and UL-94 HB. OPTIX® CA-924 FDA by Plaskolite is an impact modified, medium impact polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) acrylic grade. Exhibits high light transmissions, excellent performance and processability. Offers up to 4 times the strength of general purpose acrylic. Is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. OPTIX® CA-924 FDA by Plaskolite complies with AMECA, FDA and UL-94 HB. OPTIX® CA-927 FDA by Plaskolite is an impact modified, medium impact polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) acrylic grade. Exhibits excellent performance, practical toughness, surface gloss, optical clarity and light transmissions. Offers upto 7 times the strength of general purpose acrylic. It shows excellence in blending with other resins and with colorant. Is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. OPTIX® CA-927 FDA by Plaskolite FDA complies with FDA, AMECA and UL-94 HB. OPTIX® CA-81 FDA by Plaskolite is a crystal clear, lubricated, high molecular weight polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) acrylic grade. Exhibits excellent performance & processability and be easily blended with other resins and colors. Is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. OPTIX® CA-81 FDA complies with FDA and UL-94 HB. OPTIX® CA-41 by Plaskolite is a water clear, high flow, odorless, tasteless, general purpose polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) acrylic grade. Exhibits outstanding processability and lowest heat resistance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for decorating, optical, appliances, thin-wall moldings such as fish tank aquariums and automotive license plate frames. OPTIX® CA-41 complies with UL-94 HB. OPTIX® CA-81 by Plaskolite is a crystal clear, high molecular weight, lubricated, general purpose polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) acrylic grade. Exhibits excellent performance & processability and can be easily blended with other resins and colors. Is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. OPTIX® CA-81 complies with UL-94 HB. OPTIX® CA-51 by Plaskolite is a general purpose polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) acrylic grade. Exhibits medium heat resistance and medium melt flow rate, excellent optical properties and design flexibility. Is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. OPTIX® CA-51 is recommended for writing utensils, coin and card holders. OPTIX® CA-51 complies with UL-94 HB.
