AVIAN UFR by Pacific Texchem is a colorless, water soluble urea formaldehyde (UF) resin. Compatible with all anionic, cationic and non-ionic auxiliaries. Offers good stability to hard water, good dimensional stability & crease resistance and good durability. Recommended for the fabrics padding, plywood industry & finishing of cellulosic fabrics and their blend with synthetic fibres. AVIAN UFR has a shelf life of 6 months. AVIAN MFR by Pacific Texchem is a melamine formaldehyde (MF) resin. Exhibits high mechanical strength and good electrical insulation. offers good hardness, high dielectric strength & good scratch-, stain-, water- and heat resistance. Designed for use in textile auxiliaries for providing anti-crease treatment to cotton and other fabrics. Recommended for laminates for table tops, kitchen shelves, platforms, wall cladding, bus bodies, interior of railway coaches, counters, decks and instrument panels & consumer molded goods like bowls, trays, spatulas, mixer's base, crockery, cutlery items, launderable buttons and lamp shades. Industrial applications include circuit breakers, television tube support, automotive ignition components, washing machine, agitators, soda fountain parts, switch gears, switch housings, connector plus inserts, wattmeter terminal block, junction boxes, fuse carriers and plating tanks. Also used as pre-tanning agents in leather chemical, treatment resin for paper for currencies, toilet paper, facial tissues, shopping and shipping bags, map papers, food wrappers, and photographic paper, lacquer paints for motorcars, refrigerator cabinets, washing machines, kitchen equipment, typewriters, and water heaters. Melamine adhesives are extra strong, extra tough, highly water resistant and colorless (veneered doors).
