Promyde® BF33 LN by Nurel is a general purpose, lubricated, nucleated polyamide 6 (PA 6) grade. Offers medium viscosity, good gas barrier properties, good chemical resistance, good mechanical & optical properties, high abrasion resistance and good thermoformability. The additives package ensures good surface slip properties on the polyamide film side and improves clarity. Can be processed by cast film extrusion, blown film extrusion, thermoforming and coextrusion. Suitable for vacuum packs & thermoformed packs for food such as meat, fish and cheese applications. Offers high mechanical strength, high dimensional stability, high creep strength, high impact resistance and high thermal resistance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Possible applications include automotive applications such as interior, exterior trim, under the hood parts, air conditioning systems, vents, electric fittings, interior parts & pedals, industrial applications such as to produce plastic parts of furniture, windows, locks, fixing systems, trolleys, machines & special pipes and electrical & electronic applications such as electrical appliances, modern plug socket structures & connectors. Promyde® B30 P2 G10 MI by Nurel meets UL 94 HB flame rating and is ISO 9001 certified. Promyde® B30 P2 G15 by Nurel is a heat stabilized polyamide 6 (PA 6) grade reinforced with 15% glass fiber. Offers high mechanical strength, hardness, rigidity, thermo stability, high creep strength and high dimensional stability. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for housings, supports, industrial articles and electrical insulating parts applications. Promyde® B30 P2 G15 by Nurel meets UL 94 HB flame rating and is ISO 9001 certified.
