ARCEL® 640G by NOVA Chemicals is an expandable polyethylene and styrenic interpolymer grade. It is recyclable, biologically inert and chemically inert resin. It offers improved crack resistance, high density and enhanced durability. It is suitable for molding. It can be processed continuously or batch expanded using conventional EPS expansion equipment. ARCEL® 640G is recommended for dunnage applications. ARCEL® 730G by NOVA Chemicals is an expandable, recyclable, biologically inert, chemically inert polyethylene and styrenic inter-polymer grade. It can be processed continuously or batch expanded using conventional EPS expansion equipment. It is suitable for molding. ARCEL® 730G is recommended for dunnage trays, automotive trunk liners, child car seats and military applications. ARCEL® 640 Resin is a water insoluble, white colored expandable polystyrene (EPS) grade composed of polyethylene and polystyrene polymers. It contains 9.2% pentane and 0.3% plasticizer. Is recyclable, biologically and chemically inert. Exhibits improved impact properties and has the smallest bead size of the ARCEL resin family of products. Is suitable for processing by foaming. ARCEL® 640 Resin by NOVA Chemicals is recommended for high density applications and well-suited for more intricate part designs. ARCEL® LD by NOVA Chemicals is a recyclable, biologically inert, chemically inert styrenic and polyethylene polymer grade. Available in white color and spherical shape. It is insoluble in water and partially soluble in various organic solvents. Offers easy molding and higher product yield. It has lower pentane content and helps to meet increasingly aggressive cost & sustainability goals. Can be processed by foaming and can be continuously or batch expanded using conventional EPS expansion equipment. ARCEL® LD by NOVA Chemicals is ideal for low target part density applications. Complies with TSCA, IECSC, ENCS and DSL regulations.
