NITRIFLEX S-6H

NITRIFLEX S-6H by Nitriflex is styrene-butadiene copolymer grade. It contains 83% bound styrene content. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It allows easy processability, easy handling and rapid dispersion. </li> <li>It requires a high degree of reinforcement and provides high hardness, excellent tear strength and flex resistance. </li> <li>NITRIFLEX S-6H is indicated for rubber compound reinforcement, substituting fillers such as carbon black, clay and calcium carbonate. </li> <li>Suitable for processing by conventional molding, extrusion and calendaring. </li> <li>Main applications include shoe soles, car mats and mechanical goods. </li> <li>It complies with REACH regulation. </li></ul>

NITRIFLEX NP-2121

NITRIFLEX NP-2121 by Nitriflex is a non-croslinked, butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer. It contains calcium carbonate as partitioning agent. Provides easy processing and an outstanding performance in mixture processes in internal mixer or open mill equipment in order to reach high productivity. It confers resistance to solvents, oils and greases. Suitable for processing by conventional molding, extrusion and calendaring. NITRIFLEX NP-2121 is developed to modify plastics like flexibleand semi-rigid PVC compounds. Main applications include shoe soles, hoses, gas tubes, tubes for chemical products transport, gaskets and profiles for doors, windows & refrigerators. Complies with REACH regulation.

NITRIFLEX NP-6000 by Nitriflex is a butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer with medium acrylonitrile content and ultra-high mooney viscosity. It contains calcium carbonate as partitioning agent. Provides easy processing and an outstanding performance in mixture processes in internal mixer or open mill equipment in order to reach high productivity. Suitable for processing by conventional molding, extrusion and calendaring. NITRIFLEX NP-6000 is used in gaskets, hoses, profiles and sealing applications. Complies with REACH regulation.
