Teldene® H03BPMP by National Petrochemical Industrial Company (NATPET) is a calcium stearate free polypropylene homopolymer grade. Does not contain any slip or anti-blocking agents. Exhibits easy processing, good optical characteristics, excellent processability and high transparency and gloss with high stiffness & strength. Shows very good and high speed film profile. It can be processed using extrusion, co-extrusion and solid phase thermoforming. Suitable for the production of metallizable films (both as monolayer and in co-extruded structure). Recommended for high speed raffia machines (tested on Starlinger machine Starex 1500ES) and BOPP machines for films. It has a food contact approval for specific applications. Exhibits high transparency, high gloss and good printability after corona treatment. It can be processed using extrusion and co-extrusion. Typical applications include transparent cast films, shopping bags and packing films of snacks, pasta, bakery items, books, blankets, hosiery, shirts, lamination & auto-motive compounding. It has a food contact approval for specific applications. Teldene® H08CFM complies with REACH (Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006) and European Union (EU 10/2011). The base resin of this product complies with FDA directive 21 CFR177.1520 (a) (1) (i) and (c) 1.1a. Teldene® B20ML by National Petrochemical Industrial Company (NATPET) is polypropylene (PP) impact copolymer grade. Exhibits good processability, medium fluidity, short cycle time and improved thermal properties. Offers good stiffness, impact balance, excellent isotropic shrinkage, good dimensional stability and low warpage. It can be processed by injection molding. Suitable for food and non-food packaging. Teldene® B20ML is used for medium to large paint pails, automotive compounding, toys, furniture, sports and leisure goods. Also used for houseware, TWIM food containers and photovoltaic panel. Teldene® H06ML by National Petrochemical Industrial Company (NATPET) is a polypropylene homopolymer grade. Exhibits good flow properties, high stiffness and easy processing. Shows broad processing window while providing good mechanical properties. It can be processed using injection molding. Suitable for the production of consumer goods such as food containers, house wares, toys, garden furniture, components for appliances and parts for the automotive industry. Teldene® H06ML has a food contact approval for specific applications. Complies with REACH (Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006) and European Union (EU 10/2011). Teldene® H25FBA by National Petrochemical Industrial Company (NATPET) is a polypropylene homopolymer grade. It is a reactor grade (no peroxide added) formulated with anti-gas fading stabilization package. It can be processed using compounding and extrusion (fiber spinning & bulk filaments) and co-extrusion. Suitable for the production of bulk continuous filaments (BCF), continuous filaments (CF) and staple fibers. Specially used for carpet and upholstery application. Used for automotive compounding applications. Teldene® H25FBA has a food contact approval for specific applications. Exhibits medium fluidity, good balance of impact & stiffness, low warpage tendency, good heat aging resistance and good dimensional stability. Shows broad processing window and excellent flowability at optimized molding temperatures. It can be processed using injection molding and extrusion. Used for the production of products requiring good resistance to long term heat exposure, especially for battery cases, automotive components and large containers.
