LIM 6010 by Momentive Performance Materials is a soft, two-component liquid silicone rubber. Exhibits low durometer, non-tackiness, fast cure time, excellent thermal cycling performance and fast molding cycle time (> 20 - 60 seconds). It is easily pigmentable with momentive masterbatch colors. Used in consumer goods applications like corn pads and heel inserts. Complies with USP Class VI, ISO 10993, UL 94 (HB) (File No. E205753), BfR recommendation XV “Silicones” and FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 regulations. LIM 6010 by Momentive Performance Materials is designed for processing by liquid injection molding.
