Exhibits good creep resistance, toughness, high temperature performance, dimensional stability, tensile strength and impact resistance. Possesses highest melting point, highest flexural strength and long term thermal aging properties. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Megalon® 130GF-WHT100 is recommended for under the hood automotive applications. Megalon® 230L-BK by Mega Polymers is a lubricated polyamide 6 (PA 6) reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Exhibits excellent balance of high temperature performance, dimensional stability, tensile strength and impact resistance. Offers easier processing and superior cosmetic appearance than nylon 6.6. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Megalon® 230L-BK is recommended for door handles, knobs, electronic housings and consumer power tools.
