PA Alu-filled by Materialise is a metallic-looking polyamide (PA) filled with aluminium powders. Exhibits stiffness, high temperatures resistance and allows non-porous components to be machined easily. Is suitable for processing by laser sintering. PA Alu-filled by Materialise is used in manufacturing of stiff parts of metallic appearance for applications in automotive (e.g. wind tunnel tests or parts that are not safety relevant), for small production runs, illustrative models and in education and jig.
