MasterSil 151Med by Master Bond is a two component, low viscosity, biocompatible silicone compound for high performance potting and encapsulation. It is an addition cured system and does not require exposure to air for complete cross-linking. It has a convenient ten to one mix ratio by weight, contains no solvents and will not outgas while curing.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers flexibility, high temperature & water resistance and superb electrical insulation properties.</li> <li>It readily cures at ambient temperatures or faster cure at elevated temperatures and can cure in thicknesses beyond 1 inch.</li> <li>It exhibits very low shrinkage upon cure, low exotherm, very long pot life, excellent optical clarity and transmission properties.</li> <li>It withstands severe thermal cycling and resists vibration, shock, gamma radiation, ETO & various chemical sterilants.</li> <li>It can be used for encapsulating electronic circuitry, electrical components, LEDs, optical fibers and other optical components in a wide array of medical devices.</li> <li>It has a shelf life of 6 months at 75°F, in original unopened containers.</li> <li>MasterSil 151Med is RoHS complaint, passes ISO 10993-5 for cytotoxicity and meets USP Class VI specifications.</li></ul>

MasterSil 323AO-LO by Master Bond is a thermally conductive, electrically insulating, two-component silicone for high performance bonding, sealing and gap filling. It exhibits high viscosity, high bond strength, flowability and has a forgiving 1:1 mix ratio by weight.
