Purell HP570U by LyondellBasell is a high flow polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade having ethylene oxide sterilization. Offers good stiffness and is suitable for injection molding. Purell HP570U is recommended for healthcare applications, diagnostic applications, syringes and labware. Purell HP671T by LyondellBasell is a nucleated, high flow polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade. It is ethylene oxide, e-beam and gamma radiation sterilized. It is autoclavable grade and offers high stiffness, excellent transparency. Suitable for injection molding technologies. Recommended for healthcare applications, diagnostic applications, syringes and labware. Purell HP548N by LyondellBasell is a nucleated polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade. It contains antistatic agent and exhibits high stiffness and flowability. Designed for injection molding applications. Purell HP548N is used in caps & closures, healthcare applications and medical devices. It is certified by RoHS regulation. Purell PE GF 4750 by LyondellBasell is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade containing antioxidants. Exhibits ethylene oxide sterilization, high crystalinity and good flow. Shows grease-, corrosion-, shatter- and environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR) resistance. Designed for extrusion and blow molding. Purell PE GF 4750 is recommended for bottles & vials, caps and closures. Other applications include collapsible tubes, diagnostic applications, medical film and healthcare. Purell PE 1810E is designed for extrusion (blow molding and blown film) and injection blow molding processes. Purell RP271G by Lyondellbasell is a polypropylene (PP) random copolymer grade. Exhibits low melt flow, and high clarity. It offers good impact properties and high temperature resistance recommended for autoclave sterilization. It exhibits ethylene oxide sterilization and offers an excellent balance of stiffness, low temperature impact resistance & toughness. Purell EP274P is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is used in medical devices and healthcare applications. Complies with EU Regulation 1935/2004/EC, 2023/2006/EC, 10/2011/EC, 94/62/EC, 1907/2006/EC and 453/2010/EC, FDA criteria- 21 CFR 177.1520(a) (3) (i) & (c) 3.1a and RoHS. Purell PE 3020 D by LyondellBasell is a low density polyethylene (LDPE) grade. It is an ethylene oxide sterilized grade offering high rigidity, good heat seal properties, good optical properties and good chemical resistance. It is non-volatile and insoluble in water. It is suitable for processing by blown film extrusion, extrusion blow molding and injection molding. Recommended for packaging of pharmaceuticals in blow fill seal technology, medical devices, closures, seals and healthcare applications such as bottles and vials, caps & closures. Purell PE 3020 D meets the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration regulation, 21 CFR 177.1520, requirements of Regulation 10/2011/EC (PIM) and EU packaging and packaging waste directive 94/62/EC. It complies with AICS, DSL, IECSC, REACH, ENCS, KECI, NZIoC, PICCS and TSCA.
