Premi-Glas® 2207-25 CR-SX by LyondellBasell is a halogen-free, flame retardant, unsaturated polyester composite. It is reinforced with a mineral filler and glass fiber. It is processed by sheet or compression molding in matched metal die molds. It is suitable for use in electrical and HVAC applications. Premi-Glas® 2207-25 CR-SX complies with f1 outdoor suitability, UL File number E42524, UL-94 (5VA) and UL-94 (V0) flame rating. Premi-Glas® 2208-CR-SX by LyondellBasell is a halogen-free, flame retardant, unspecified thermoset sheet molding compound. It is reinforced with a glass fiber. It offers good dimensional stability and good colorability. This grade provides excellent thermal- and medium heat resistance. It is pigment able for molded-in color and shows best appearance with mold texture. It is processed by sheet, injection or compression molding. It is suitable for electrical and electronic applications. Premi-Glas® 2208-CR-SX complies with UL File number E42524, UL-94 (V0) and UL-94 (5VA) flame rating. Premi-Glas® 3101-25 by LyondellBasell is a halogen-free, unspecified thermoset bulk molding compound, reinforced with glass fiber. It offers flame retardance, good electrical properties and good dimensional stability. It is processed by injection-, compression- or resin transfer molding. Recommended for electrical circuit breakers, switch gears, electrical and electronic applications. Premi-Glas® 3101-25 complies with UL File number E42524, UL-94 (5V) and UL-94 (V0) flame ratings. Premi-Glas® 3140-22 by LyondellBasell is a flame retardant, glass fiber reinforced, unspecified thermoset thick molding compound. It provides good dimensional stability and good thermal stability. It is processed by injection molding. Recommended for electrical and electronic applications. Premi-Glas® 3140-22 complies with UL File number E42524 and UL-94 (V0) flame rating. Premi-Glas® 8101 by LyondellBasell is a glass fiber reinforced, polyester bulk molding compound. It accepts UV-cure basecoats which are required prior to vacuum metallization. It exhibits fast molding cycle, excellent dimensional stability and high heat resistance. It is processed by high speed injection molding. Premi-Glas® 8101 is used for automotive forward lighting applications. It complies with GM GMP.UP.014 Color : 250116, GM GMP.UP.014 Color : B (250121), GM GMP.UP.014 Color : C886-02 Black, GM GMP.UP.014 Color : CL21970 Gray and Ford WSB-M3D171-A1 regulations. Premi-Glas® 2550® B-AM-CR-SX by LyondellBasell is a halogen-free, flame retardant, unspecified thermoset sheet molding compound reinforced with glass fiber. It offers stringent flame spread and smoke generation in combination with anti-microbial properties. It is processed by injection molding. It is used in electrical and electronic applications. It is suitable for outdoor use applications involving UV exposure and water dispersion in accordance with UL746C. It meets steiner tunnel, flame spread index (< 25) and smoke index (< 50). Premi-Glas® 2550® B-AM-CR-SX complies with UL File number E42524, UL746C (f1) outdoor suitability, UL-94 (5VA) and UL-94 (V0) flame rating.
