Exhibits transparency, slipperiness and low-temperature heat sealability. Offers excellent clarity, gloss, very low haze, wide hot tack range, roll mark free and low seal-initiation temperature. It can be easily processed on commercial cast film equipment. Suitable for quality packaging applications such as heat seal layer of general CPP films. RANPELEN SFC-750R is suitable for food contact. RANPELEN SFI-841 by Lotte Chemical is a polypropylene random terpolymer designed for IOPP film and BOPP applications. It contains slip and anti-blocking additives. Exhibits good transparency. It offers an excellent clarity, gloss, a wide hot tack range and a very low seal-initiation temperature. Suitable for shrinkable films and sealing layer for BOPP. RANPELEN SFI-841 complies with FDA 21CFR 177.1520. RANPELEN SB-520Y by Lotte Chemical is a bisphenol A- & phthalate free, water insoluble polypropylene random copolymer. Exhibits very high clarity, reasonable flexible stiffness and high heat distortion temperature that enables shape maintenance and transparence after steam sterilization treatment. Offers good transparency and good gloss to transparent bottles. It can be processed using injection stretch blow molding equipment for IV solution bottle. RANPELEN SB-520Y is suitable for medical bottle, IV solution bottle and contact lens rinsing solution bottle. Complies with RoHS, USP Class VI, EU 1935/2004/EC, FDA 21CFR 177.1520, CEN standards EN71-3, WEEE, Directive 2012/19/EU and PPW Directive 94/62/EC. RANPELEN J-580S by Lotte Chemical is a high gloss, bisphenol A- & phthalate free, water-insoluble, nucleated polypropylene (PP) random copolymer. Exhibits high transparency, good mechanical balance, lower cycle time, super high flow and low smell. It can be processed using conventional injection molding equipment. Applications include thin-wall food container, stationery, disposable syringe, CD/DVD case and high transparency TWIM parts.
