Thermolast® by Kraiburg are multifunctional TPE solutions that are used in automotive, consumer, and industrial market. They are processed by multicomponent injection molding with thermoplastic materials such as PP, ABS, PC, PC/ABS, PBT, PETG, ASA, SAN, PMMA, etc. Considering sustainability, they are also used in electro-scooters or bikes on their batteries.

THERMOLAST® K TF8PCM-LCNT

THERMOLAST® K TF8PCM-LCNT by Kraiburg is a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) developed for food contact applications. It demonstrates high elasticity, soft touch surface and improved organoleptic properties. It shows adhesion to various polar thermoplastics including Tritan (PCT-G), PET, SAN, PC, ABS, PA6, and PA12. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It is free from animal ingredients and has an extremely low migration potential and possibility of in-process recycling.</li> <li> It is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. </li> <li>It is used in reusable food packaging, cosmetic applications, household articles, hoses and conveyor belts in food processing. </li> <li>It meets the requirements of the two most important regulations for food contact materials: European Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 and Title 21 Code of Federal Regulations (21 CFR 177.2600) of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). </li> <li>It has a shelf life of 24 months. </li></ul>

THERMOLAST® M TM9MEP

THERMOLAST® M TM9MEP by Kraiburg is PVC-, silicone-, latex-free thermoplastic elastomer. It shows adhesion to PP & PE, sterilizability (autoclave 134°C, ß-/y-radiation 2x35 kGy, EtO) and optimized compression set. It lies below the usual market limits for phthalates and heavy metals. It provides long-term raw material availability and guarantees optimum raw material purity. THERMOLAST® K TF6TAA

THERMOLAST® K TF6TAA by Kraiburg is a highly transparent, water-insoluble, halogen-free TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) grade present as firm elastic granules. Exhibits excellent mechanical properties, excellent transparency, low density and excellent adhesion to polar thermoplastics, e.g. PC (polycarbonate), ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) and PETG (poly (ethylene terephthalate)-glycol). Also, it is incompatible with strong oxidants. It can be processed using extrusion and injection molding. Suitable for food contact applications. Typical applications for THERMOLAST® K TF6TAA include function & design elements, grip applications, household articles, packaging (for food and care products), razors, seals, toothbrushes and toys. Complies with REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals), Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21 (CFR 21) “FDA” and EN71/3.

THERMOLAST® M TM3RST by Kraiburg is a translucent, water-insoluble, sterilizable TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) grade. It is free from animal based ingredients. Exhibits adhesion to PP (polypropylene), excellent compression set and outstanding resealing properties. It can be processed using injection molding and extrusion. Suitable for medical and pharmaceutical applications. Typical applications of THERMOLAST® M TM3RST include closures, infusion stoppers and membranes. Listed on DMF. THERMOLAST® K TP5VCZ by Kraiburg is a black colored, water-insoluble TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) grade present as firm granules. It exhibits excellent compression set and insert molding nature. It can be processed using extrusion and injection molding. Suitable for applications involving adhesion to polar thermoplastics such as PC, ABS and PC/ABS. Typical applications include fastenings, grommets, membranes and seals. THERMOLAST® K TP5VCZ is incompatible with strong oxidants. Complies with REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) and UL 94.

THERMOLAST® S TF5ZGO-LCNT

THERMOLAST® S TF5ZGO-LCNT by Kraiburg is a super-soft thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade with high elasticity. Possesses dry, very soft surface similar to human skin. It provides optimized mechanical properties at low hardnesses, velvety feel, resilience and dry haptics.
