UMF resin Grade ? by KarpatSmoly is a non-flammable, non-explosive urea melamine formaldehyde resin. It is a product of urea polycondensation with ureaformaldehyde concentrate and melamine. The finished product contains 10% of melamine by weight without mechanical inclusions. Designed for the manufacture of high density fiberboard, chipboard and plywood. Meets the requirements for formaldehyde emissions no higher than the grade of E-1. UMF resin Grade ? has a shelf life of 45 days at 5°C-25°C.
MUF resin by KarpatSmoly is a non-flammable, non-explosive, melamine urea formaldehyde resin. It is a product of urea polycondensation with ureaformaldehyde concentrate. Provides enhanced mechanical strength and moisture repellent properties. The finished product contains 10% – 24%of melamine by weight, without mechanical inclusions. Recommended for the manufacture of particle board such as OSB and plywood applications. MUF resin has a shelf life of 3 weeks at 18°C-22°C.
UF resin Grade MDF by KarpatSmoly is a non-flammable, non-explosive urea formaldehyde resin. It is a product of urea polycondensation with ureaformaldehyde concentrate. Contains free formaldehyde content <0.1% without mechanical inclusions. Designed for the manufacture & production of medium density fibreboard, furniture and plates of lowered toxicity Class E-1, 1/2 E-1, E-0. UF resin Grade MDF has a shelf life of 45 days at 5°C-25°C.
