ZYPEEK® 330PF by Jilin Joinature Polymer is non-viscous, pure polyether ether ketone (PEEK) resin. It shows corrosion-, flame-, wear- and high-temperature resistance. It provides low smokiness, metal bonding strength and excellent electrical insulation performance. ZYPEEK® 330PF is suitable for processing by compression molding. It is used in sealing ring, cake pot spray, ball spray, bearing spray, under water robot spray and shaft spray. ZYPEEK® 770PF by Jilin Joinature Polymer is a pure polyether ether ketone (PEEK) resin. It can also be filled with other inorganic fillers and then molded. It shows corrosion-, flame- and wear resistance. It provides low smokiness and excellent electrical insulation performance. ZYPEEK® 770PF is suitable for processing by compression molding. It is used in sealing ring, bearing spray, under water robot spray, cake pot spray, shaft and ball spray. ZYPEEK® 550PF by Jilin Joinature Polymer is a pure polyether ether ketone (PEEK) resin with high flow. It shows corrosion-, flame- and wear resistance. It provides low smoke and excellent electrical insulation performance. ZYPEEK® 550PF is suitable for processing by compression molding. It is used in sealing ring, bearing-, under water robot-, shaft-, ball spray and cake pot spray. ZYPEEK® 770FE20 by Jilin Joinature Polymer is a high-flow, polyether ether ketone (PEEK). It offers corrosion-, flame-, wear- and high-temperature resistance. It exhibits low smokiness, self-lubrication, wave permeability and excellent electrical insulation. ZYPEEK® 770FE20 is suitable for processing by extrusion molding. ZYPEEK® 330P by Jilin Joinature Polymer is a pure, medium flow, polyether ether ketone (PEEK) resin. It exhibits corrosion-, flame-, and wear- resistance. It provides low smokiness and excellent electrical insulation performance. It can be filled with carbon fiber, glass fiber, PTFE and other filling materials to further enhance the performance. ZYPEEK® 330P is suitable for processing by extrusion. ZYPEEK® 330GH by Jilin Joinature Polymer is a high flow, pure polyether ether ketone (PEEK) resin. It exhibits wave permeability and corrosion-, flame- & wear resistance. It offers low smoke, high toughness and excellent electrical insulation performance. It shows resistant to radiation and breakdown. ZYPEEK® 330GH can easily control the thickness of the coating and peel resistance. It is suitable for processing by thin-walled injection molding. It is used in electronic and automotive seals. It complies with FDA. ZYPEEK® 550P by Jilin Joinature Polymer is a composite modified polyether ether ketone (PEEK) resin with medium flow. It exhibits corrosion-, flame-, and wear- resistance. It provides low smokiness and excellent electrical insulation. It can be filled with carbon fiber, glass fiber, PTFE and other filling materials to further enhance the performance. ZYPEEK® 550P is suitable for processing by extrusion. ZYPEEK® 550G by Jilin Joinature Polymer is a flame retardant polyether ether ketone (PEEK) with medium flow. It exhibits corrosion-, flame- and wear resistance. It offers wave permeability, low smoke emission, high toughness and excellent electrical insulation. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. It is recommended for screw, sealing ring, bearings, circuit boards, monofilament and multifilament. ZYPEEK® 550G is used in aerospace sensors, high temperature engine sensors, high temperature metallurgy sensors, medical sensor wires, high temperature nuclear power-, oil field-, high temperature chemical- and high temperature energy exploration sensor wires. ZYPEEK® 330G by Jilin Joinature Polymer is an ultrapure, high flow polyether ether ketone (PEEK) resin. It exhibits creep-, corrosion-, flame- and wear- resistance. It offers mechanical strength at high temperatures and is not easy to deform. It provides low smokiness, wave permeability, high toughness and excellent electrical insulation performance. ZYPEEK® 330G is used in electronic field & automotive seals such as screw, sealing ring, gear, peek film, insert and multifilament. It is suitable for processing by hyperfiltration for special cable. It complies with FDA. ZYPEEK® 770G by Jilin Joinature Polymer is a pure, standard fluidity, flame retardant polyether ether ketone (PEEK). It offers high toughness, impact strength, wave transmission and excellent electrical insulation performance. It exhibits low smokiness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. It is suitable for processing by extrusion and injection molding. ZYPEEK® 770G is used in the manufacturing of plate, sheet, pipe, rods, tubes, 3D filaments, selective plating rings and bearings.
