Insight™ NBFC02 by Insight Polymers & Compounding is a carbon fiber-reinforced polyamide 6 (PA 6) copolymer. It is developed for 3D Printing via fused granulate fabrication (FGF) and for filament production. It exhibits an excellent balance of strength and stiffness. It also possesses excellent chemical resistance typical of PA6 copolymers. Its processing benefits include excellent lay flat (low warp), good layer to layer adhesion and overall printability. Insight™ NBFC02 is hygroscopic and requires drying before processing.
Insight™ PANC53 SD by Insight Polymers & Compounding is a statically dissipative PP for fused granulate fabrication (FGF) and filament production in 3D printing for use in jigs, fixtures and tooling and applications that require ESD properties. It has surface resistivity and are safe to use in contact with electronic components when processed properly. It requires finished part testing, as processing conditions can influence the final part performance.
Insight™ KBIA by Insight Polymers & Compounding is a peek alloy. It is developed specifically for fused granulate fabrication and filament production. It exhibits excellent layer to layer adhesion, warp or lay-flat properties and a good balance of stiffness and strength. Insight™ KBIA also exhibits impact properties with excellent high temperature performance and chemical resistance.
