Innothane® InnoClear™ OC-5080 by Innovative Polymers is a semi-flexible, low viscosity polyurethane elastomer grade. Offers excellent physical properties at room temperature cure, without the utilization of mercury, MOCA or TDI. Suitable for materials that exhibit excellent U.V. resistance. Innothane® InnoClear™ OC-5080 is formulated for room temperature hand-batch or vacuum assisted processing. Possible applications could be automotive lenses & light pipes, housings for fluid testing equipment, amusement park props, artistic jewelry, medical teaching aids and dental models. Innothane® RapidCast™ RC-210 by Innovative Polymers is a tough, high impact resistant, polypropylene-based polyurethane (PU) grade. It consists of two components: resin and hardener. Provides fast cycle and excellent physical properties at room temperature cure, without the utilization of mercury, MOCA or TDI. Innothane® RapidCast™ RC-210 is formulated for meter-mix dispensing system. It is possibly used in high end plastic parts, encapsulations and structures.
