LOCTITE® MAX5 NextGen

LOCTITE® MAX5 NextGen by Henkel is a 2-component epoxy-based polyurethane (PU) matrix resin. It exhibits exceptional clarity for a rich carbon look. It shows high temperature resistance and toughness. It makes a significant contribution to weight-savings, enhanced productivity and customization of parts, showing superior thermal, mechanical and visual properties. It offers rapid mold filling, thorough fiber impregnation and fast curing rate. In contrast to comparable aluminum designs, composite wheels molded with LOCTITE® MAX5 NextGen, cuts down the weight of automotive wheels by as much as 30 to 50 percent per unit. It is processed using all common liquid molding techniques, including high-pressure resin transfer molding (HP-RTM) for higher volume production rates. It is used in automotive OEM and tier 1 composite wheel.

LOCTITE® MAX6

LOCTITE® MAX6 by Henkel is an epoxy based polyurethane (PU) matrix resin. It shows ultra-high heat resistance with unique toughness. It makes a significant contribution to weight-savings, enhanced productivity and customization of parts, showing superior thermal, mechanical and visual properties. It offers rapid mold filling, thorough fiber impregnation and fast curing rate. In contrast to comparable aluminum designs, composite wheels molded with LOCTITE® MAX6, cuts down the weight of automotive wheels by as much as 30 to 50 percent per unit. LOCTITE® 3D IND405 Clear

LOCTITE® 3D IND405 Clear by Henkel is a high performance photopolymer material certified for Carbon® M series printers. It is a clear, robust, tough & durable, semi-rigid, easy 3D printable material produced as a one-part resin. It offers an attractive, frosted clear surface finish that can be post-processed for enhanced clarity. It exhibits mechanical behavior comparable to unfilled propylene. It is specifically designed to enable final parts production leveraging additive manufacturing. It also provides stiffness, isotropy, temperature- and impact resistance. It is used in jigs/fixtures for production floor, enclosures & housings, light pipe & bottle prototypes and tooling for high impact, high elongation & high pressure processes. LOCTITE® 3D IND405 Clear is suitable for aluminum sheet forming tool requiring high strength, ductility and moderate heat resistance for customized metal assembly. It imparts clear finish, high strength and accuracy for direct assembly in transparent fluid routing prototype with internal threads. Recommended for dies, manufacturing aids, housings, small kitchen appliances, consumer packaging- and goods prototypes. The shelf life is 12 months.

LOCTITE® MAX 5

LOCTITE® MAX 5 by Henkel is an epoxy based matrix resin, composed of two components (Resin + Hardener), mixed in a ratio of 110:100 by weight. Offers light weight, high temperature resistance, excellent toughness, long-term durability, rapid mold filling, thorough fiber impregnation and high curing rates for cost-efficient large volume production. Shows exceptional mechanical performance under static and dynamic load conditions (e.g. shear strength or resistance against crack propagation) and excellent resistance against all fluids used in cars. LOCTITE® MAX 5 is suitable for processing by resin transfer molding (RTM). Used in glass or carbon fiber reinforced composite wheels. It is DSC compliant and has a shelf-life of 12 months.
