Formolon® 113 by Formosa Plastics is polyvinyl chloride vinyl acetate (PVC-VA) copolymer suspension resin. It is developed to meet the processing requirements of the vinyl composition tile (VCT) manufacturers. Complies with RoHS and U.S. FDA 21 CFR 174.5 regulations. Formolon® 45 by Formosa Plastics is polyvinyl chloride vinyl acetate (PVC-VA) copolymer dispersion resin. Possesses low paste viscosity & offers excellent heat stability and rapid fusion characteristics. Formolon® 45 is used in mechanically frothed foam, solid rug backing, laminating, fabric coating, flocking adhesives sealants, automotive sealants, carpet backing, laminating adhesives, screen printing inks & oil and air filter adhesives. Complies with RoHS and U.S. FDA 21 CFR 174.5 regulations. Formolon® 680H is a general purpose, low molecular weight polyvinyl chloride (PVC) homopolymer resin. Exhibits heat stability, lot to lot uniformity and can be processed by blown film extrusion and rigid calendering. Formolon® 680H is used in meat wrap and medical applications. Formolon® 622E is a general purpose, medium to low molecular weight polyvinyl chloride (PVC) homopolymer resin. Exhibits excellent dry flow characteristics and can be processed by extrusion. Formolon® 622E is used in pipes, siding, rigid profile and dry blending applications where uniform feed rate to an extruder is required. Complies with REACH, RoHS and U.S. FDA 21 CFR 174.5 regulations. Formolon® 40 is a polyvinyl chloride vinyl acetate (PVC-VA) copolymer grade. Possesses low paste viscosity & offers excellent heat stability and rapid fusion characteristics. Formolon® 40 is used in mechanically frothed foam, solid rug backing, laminating, fabric coating, flocking adhesives sealants, automotive sealants, carpet backing, laminating adhesives, screen printing inks & oil and air filter adhesives. This grade is processed by flexible & rigid extrusion and calendering. Formolon® 622F is used in flexible, rigid film, wire & cable and dry blending applications where uniform feed rate to an extruder is required. It complies with REACH, RoHS and U.S. FDA 21 CFR 174.5 regulations. Formolon® -24A is a low molecular weight polyvinyl chloride (PVC) homopolymer dispersion resin. Exhibits good plastisol viscosity and viscosity stability. Formolon® -24A used in chemically expanded compounds as well as other applications where rapid gelation and physical property development at low temperature are required Formolon® -KVH is a high molecular weight polyvinyl chloride (PVC) homopolymer dispersion resin with low residual surfactant content. Exhibits pesudoplastic flow to plastisol used for dip, slush and rotational molding where mold release and pseudoplasticity are desired. Formolon® 186 is a medium molecular weight polyvinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer (PVC-VA) suspension resin. Can be processed by calendaring and extrusion of rigid film. Formolon® 186 is used in applications where clarity and increased toughness is required such as solution coatings on various substrates. Complies with RoHS and U.S. FDA 21 CFR 174.5 regulations. Formolon® -38 is a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) homopolymer dispersion resin with low residual surfactant content. Exhibits low paste viscosity, excellent clarity and heat stability. Formolon® -10 is used in sheet goods flooring wearlayer, low density chemical blow foam and strand coating.
