23M2A by Flint Hills is a clear, semi-crystalline, autoclavable polypropylene (PP) random copolymer grade. It is not formulated with animal derived components. Exhibits high contact clarity, blush resistance, low extractability, good impact properties, good stress crack resistance, high stiffness, low density, and good electrical insulation properties. It is suitable for processing by blow molding. 23M2A is suitable for food and medical applications such as containers for irrigation, parenteral, hemodialysis and topical solutions. It complies with the FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 3.2a, USP Class VI, ISO 10993-5, and is listed with Drug Master File.
