Schaetti fix 5005F by Fixatti is a high performance halogen-free flame retardant thermoplastic copolyamide (CoPA) hot-melt adhesive powder. It is a solvent-free, low in emissions, environmentally-friendly grade with high melting point. Exhibits high resistance to humidity, water and dry cleaning. Bonding is quicker, saves on riveting, welding or screwing, is more straightforward, is kinder on metal and lowers the weight of the vehicle. Suited for automotive parts. Can be used for scatter coating. Schaetti fix 5005F conforms to OekoTex standards.

Schaetti fix 5420

Schaetti fix 5420 by Fixatti is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyamide (CoPA) hot-melt adhesive powder. This solvent-free, low in emission, environmentally friendly grade exhibits good steam resistance, excellent dry-cleaning resistance and washing resistant upto 90°C. It is capable of melting when heated and allows various fabrics & material compounds to be bonded in a wide range of temperatures with no adverse effect and to be glued together safely and cleanly. Schaetti fix 5420 is designed for the protective adhesion of interlinings, seam & zip seals, and hem adhesion in ladies and men’s outerwear and industrial wear. Used in high heat resistant laminations. Conforms to OekoTex standards.

Exhibits low fusing and activation temperature. Offers high durability, strong grip and high specific adhesion. Is ideal for bonding a wide range of materials in a wide range of temperatures with no adverse effect on the substrates. Helps shoes remain in their desired shape longer. Suitable for textiles, vinyl and urethane foams. Schaetti fix 3230 is recommended for use in shoes. Conforms to OekoTex standards.
