ESENTTIA 01H45 is recommended for extrusion (blow molding of bottles, strapping, sheets, cartonplast), thermoforming, injection molding of heels and general purpose applications. ESENTTIA 40H92 by Esenttia (Ecopetrol Business Group) acts as a controlled rheology. It is a polypropylene homopolymer grade with high fluidity. It offers easy mold filling and good rigidity/impact balance. It is recommended for injection molding method of thin-walled rigid containers and fast cycle time, general purpose injection molding articles. ESENTTIA 40H92 complies with REACH regulations. ESENTTIA 10R10C by Esenttia (Ecopetrol Business Group) is a polypropylene random copolymer grade. Contains clarify additives. Exhibits very good optical properties, easy mold filling and good impact resistance. Recommended for high clarity injection molding housewares and general purpose applications. Exhibits excellent impact/stiffness balance, controlled rheology, consistent processability (lot to lot), high process speed and easy removal of the molded pieces, good superficial gloss & moderately narrow molecular weight distribution with mold release. Recommended for extrusion compression molding or injection molding processes of closures for carbonated beverages or not, where high stiffness and impact resistance is necessary (warm or cold environmental), housewares and injection molding general purpose applications.
