Elastron® G G200.A70.N

Elastron® G G200.A70.N by Elastron is a soft, colorable styrene ethylene butylene styrene (SEBS) block copolymer based thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) compound by Elastron. Exhibits bondability to polypropylene (PP), ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and polyethylene (PE). Shows excellent resistance to UV light, high temperature, oxidation, impact, aging, detergent, acid, bases, bacterial attack and fungus growth. Provides excellent compression set, excellent electric insulation with very low conductivity and stressed ozone resistance with no cracks. It is 100% recyclable. Elastron® G G200.A70.N by Elastron is suitable for processing by injection molding. Possible applications include automotive, appliances, construction, electrical, electronics and consumer goods. Complies with RoHS, ISO 14001:2004, ISO/TS 16949:2002 and EN ISO 9001:2000.

Elastron® G G500.A70.N.ABS by Elastron is a soft, colorable styrene ethylene butylene styrene (SEBS) block copolymer based thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) compound by Elastron. Exhibits bondability to acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and polycarbonates (PC). Shows excellent resistance to oxidation, impact, aging, detergent, acid, bases, bacterial attack and fungus growth. Provides excellent adhesion to ABS/PC, excellent electric insulation with very low conductivity and stressed ozone resistance with no cracks. It is 100% recyclable. Elastron® G G500.A70.N.ABS by Elastron is suitable for processing by injection molding. Possible applications include automotive, appliances, construction, electrical, electronics and consumer goods. Complies with RoHS, ISO 14001:2004, ISO/TS 16949:2002 and EN ISO 9001:2000.

Elastron® V V201.D51.N

Elastron® V V201.D51.N by Elastron is a hard, colorable thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) which consists of a dynamically cured ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) phase closely dispersed in a polyolefin phase (PP). Exhibits bondability to polypropylene (PP), ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and polyethylene (PE). Provides excellent compression set, low density, tear strength, flexibility from temperatures -40 to 140°C and stressed ozone resistance with no cracks. Shows resistance to fatigue, high temperatures, UV light, acids and bases. It is 100% recyclable. Elastron® V V201.D51.N by Elastron is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. Possible applications include automotive, appliances, construction, electrical, electronics and consumer goods. Complies with RoHS, ISO 14001:2004, ISO/TS 16949:2002 and EN ISO 9001:2000.
