About Ecomann

Established in 2008 and headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, Ecomann is a high-tech manufacturer of polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA) and PHA-based biopolymer compounds. Its Ecomann Bioresin and Ecomann PHA product lines cover grades for blown film, injection molding, sheet and thermoforming, and soft PVC/TPU replacement applications. Products are semi-crystalline, fully biodegradable aliphatic bio-polyesters offering excellent hydrolysis resistance, surface gloss, and processability. Compatible with other compostable polymers including PLA, PBS, PBSA, and PBAT.

Ecomann Bioresin EM10050

Ecomann Bioresin EM10050 by Ecomann is a semi-crystalline biodegradable, aliphatic bio-polyester grade. It is a PHA based compound with PLA and some additives. Has excellent strength and good transparency. Possesses good processability, heat sealing ability and printability. Ecomann Bioresin EM10050 is used in blown film applications.

Ecomann PHA EM80010

Ecomann PHA EM80010 by Ecomann is a semi-crystalline, biodegradable, aliphatic bio-polyester grade. Exhibits excellent strength, heat resistance, high impact resistance and excellent surface gloss. Possesses low water vapor transmission (WvTR), O<sub>2</sub>transmission (O<sub>2</sub>TR), excellent hydrolysis resistance, good processability, good coloration and printability. Ecomann PHA EM80010 used in PS foam and replaces hard PVC.

Ecomann Bioresin EM20000

Ecomann Bioresin EM20000 by Ecomann is a semi-crystalline biodegradable, aliphatic bio-polyester. It is a PHA based compound with PLA, minerals and some additives. Exhibits excellent physical properties, surface gloss and good heat resistance. Possesses shorter cycle time, excellent hydrolysis resistance, shelf stability, good processability and coloration. It is high molecular weight and recyclable. Ecomann Bioresin EM20000 by Ecomann is used in personal care and cosmetic items, trays, disposable as well as single use items, caps and many other injection molding products.
