KIBITON® PB-5301 by Chi Mei is a non-oil extended styrene-butadiene copolymer grade. It has a linear structure and higher molecular weight. It exhibits flexibility, excellent elastic restoring force, processing flowability and weather resistance. It is suitable got processing by injection molding method. KIBITON® PB-5301 is recommended for shoe soles and asphalt modifications. Complies with SVHC norms (EC) No 1907/2006, Directives of ROHS (EU) 2015/863, 2011/65/EU, 2003/11/EC, TCO’07, Blue Angel and SONY Standard (SS-00259). KIBITON® PB-587 by Chi Mei is a high-flow, oil-extended styrene-butadiene styrene copolymer. It exhibits excellent elastic restoring force, transparency and high hardness. It possesses the same flexibility and physical properties of general rubber without the vulcanization process. It can be mixed with GPPS and supplemental materials for shoe sole injection processes and industrial products. KIBITON® PB-585 by Chi Mei is an oil-extended styrene-butadiene styrene copolymer. It exhibits high flowability, excellent elastic restoring force and low hardness. Possesses same flexibility and physical properties that of general rubber without the vulcanization process. It can be mixed with GPPS and supplemental materials for shoe sole injection processes and industrial products. KIBITON® PB-575 is an oil extended, styrene-butadiene copolymer (SBC) TPE. Exhibits excellent elastic restoring force, weather resistance, processability and flow-ability. Possesses same flexibility & physical properties that of general rubber without the vulcanization process. It can be mixed with GPPS and supplemental materials. Is insoluble in water and can be processed by injection molding. Used in shoe soles and machinery/industrial products. KIBITON® PB-5502 is non-oil extended, styrene-butadiene copolymer (SBC) TPE. Exhibits excellent elastic restoring force, weather resistance, processability and flow-ability. Has a high di-block structure and possesses the same flexibility and physical properties that of general rubber without the vulcanization process. Is insoluble in water and can be processed by injection molding. KIBITON® PB-5302 is a transparent, non-oil extended, styrene-butadiene copolymer (SBC) TPE. Exhibits excellent elastic restoring force, weather resistance, processability and flow-ability. Possesses a linear structure and same flexibility & physical properties that of general rubber without the vulcanization process. Is insoluble in water and can be processed by injection molding. Used in lightweight (foam) shoe soles and road surfaces. KIBITON® PB-511 is non-oil extended styrene-butadiene copolymer (SBC) TPE. Exhibits excellent elastic restoring force, weather resistance, processability and flow-ability. Has a segmented and radial molecular structure (star-shaped structure). Possesses same flexibility and physical properties that of general rubber without the vulcanization process. Is insoluble in water and can be processed by injection molding. Used in asphalt modification, industrial products, shoe soles and road surfaces.
