GUR® UHMW-PE 402M13 by Celanese is an ultra-high molecular weight linear polyethylene grade. It offers superior pin puncture strength and balanced processability for 5μm separators in electric vehicles to enhance battery safety and performance for next-generation lithium-ion battery separators (LiBs) technology. GUR® UHMW-PE 402M13 is recommended for automotive applications. GUR® 4152 by Celanese is a self-lubricating, unfilled, linear ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) grade. Exhibits high viscosity, superior abrasion resistance and impact strength, low coefficient of friction and non-stick surfaces after processing. GUR® 4152 is normally processed by compression & transfer molding and ram extrusion. Complies with UL 94 HB Flame Rating. GUR® 4120 by Celanese is a low emission, unfilled, self-lubricating, linear ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) grade. Exhibits superior abrasion resistance, high impact strength, low coefficient of friction and non-stick surfaces after processing. It provides heat resistant and hydrolysis resistant.<br>

Suitable for processing by extrusion. It is designed for carbon block applications. Complies with FDA 21 CFR. GUR® HOSTALLOY™ 731 by Celanese is a melt processable high molecular weigth polyethylene (HMWPE) grade. It is hydrophilic in nature. It offers increased electrical conductivity, static dissipation, heat stabilization and hydrolysis resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Designed for thermoplastic and rubbers applications. GUR® 4056-3 by Celanese is a fine particle, hydrophilic ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) powder grade. It contains low wear and low friction additives and offers chemical resistance. Used for additive in thermoplastics and rubbers. Complies with FDA 21 CFR. GUR® 4111 by Celanese is a high molecular weight polyethylene (HMW-PE) powder grade. Suitable for processing by fiber spinning and gel extrusion. Recommended application is in battery seperators. GUR® 4012 by Celanese is a chemical resistant, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) powder grade. Suitable for filtration and carbon block applications. Complies with FDA 21 CFR.
